Hi I’m Emily! I’m lash tech here in orlando, I am licensed & 3x certified in lashing. I’ve been lashing for 5+ years & I am so excited to meet you & have the pleasure of servicing you! please read below to go over my policies. ✧.* A $30 retainer fee is due to reserve allocated appointment time. The $30 retainer fee will go towards service total. I do transfer retainer fees if rescheduling does occur, however it must be 48 hours prior to your designated appointment time If you fail to put down a retainer fee, your appointment will be forfeited. Payment methods will be listed down below. A 10 minute grace period is given, if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and need to be rescheduled for a better time. Any last minute cancellations or rescheduling must be made within 24 hours before appointment, if you fail to do so 100% of service will be due. If you no show or cancel last minute, your card on file will be charged 100% of service, If for whatever reason the card on file is declined you will be banned from booking future services. Example: Please do NOT message me day or night prior to your allocated appointment. No shows will be banned from booking, no exceptions. Please give a valid phone number and email when booking, this must be provided for confirmation email and texts. NO guests allowed, please understand I do not have extra space or room for guests to sit. If you absolutely must have a guest attend your allocated appointment, they are more than welcome to do so by waiting in the lobby area, their car or enjoy the local area with coffee + food options! Before your appointment: Please do not wear any makeup, moisturizer, skin tints, SPF, serums etc. This will ensure the absolute best retention, any of the products listed can cause retention errors. Please be fresh faced! If you have any abnormal fallout you MUST contact me within 24 hours to be compensated, otherwise I have no obligation to fix any minor issues for free or at a discounted rate. Refunds nor partial refunds are not given no matter the circumstance, all services and products are final. If lash extensions is something you’re trying for the first time for a major event such as weddings, travel plans etc. I recommend ALL new clients to try extensions 2-4 weeks prior to said event to ensure no reaction occurs! <3 I am not responsible for what you do not read.
