I’ve been lashing for 5+ years, I am so excited to meet you & have the pleasure of servicing you! ☆ PLEASE READ BELOW TO REVIEW MY POLICIES ☆ A $30 retainer fee is required to reserve your appointment time. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost. Retainer fees may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment as long as the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your retainer fee will be forfeited and a new $30 retainer fee will be required to book a new appointment. LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will need to be rescheduled for another available time. Please plan accordingly to ensure you have enough time to arrive at your appointment on time. ♡ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in 100% of the scheduled service being charged to the card on file, with no exceptions. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If the card on file is declined, you will be unable to book future appointments until the outstanding balance is paid. This policy applies to ALL clients, including regular, returning, and long-term clients. Thank you! ♡︎ Please give a valid phone number and email when booking, this must be provided correctly in order to receive confirmation emails and texts. NO guests allowed, please understand I do not have extra space or room for guests to sit. If you absolutely must have a guest attend your allocated appointment, they are more than welcome to do so by waiting in the lobby area, their car or enjoy the local area with coffee + food options! Before your appointment: Please do not wear any makeup, moisturizer, skin tints, SPF, serums etc. This will ensure the absolute best retention, any of the products listed can cause retention errors. Please be fresh faced! FALLOUT & RETENTION POLICY If you experience abnormal fallout or have any concerns with your lashes, you MUST contact me within 24 hours of your appointment so I can properly assess the situation and determine the best solution. Issues reported after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a complimentary fix, adjustment, or discounted service. Please do not wait several days to reach out regarding a concern, as I cannot accurately assess or address the situation after an extended period of time. “Refunds” nor “partial refunds” are not given no matter the circumstance, all services and products are final. Payment methods: Tap to pay, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo or Cash If lash extensions is something you’re trying for the first time for a major event such as weddings, travel plans etc. I recommend ALL new clients to try extensions 2-4 weeks prior to said event to ensure no reaction occurs & that you’re also comfortable with the style & extensions! I am not responsible for what you do not read. By booking you ultimately agree and understand my policies listed above & have read everything thoroughly.
